Since most of our services involve custom design, development, and resource allocation, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

If a project is cancelled before development begins, we may offer a partial refund after deducting setup and planning costs.
For subscriptions or support plans, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
