Thank you for choosing YOURDWORLD. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled for all services, digital products, and subscriptions offered at https://yourdworld.com/.
By purchasing from YOURDWORLD, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Policy
YOURDWORLD provides both service-based and digital product-based offerings. Refund rules vary depending on what was purchased:

- ✔ Ready-made Digital Products & Source Code
- ✔ SaaS Subscriptions
- ✔ Maintenance & Support Packages
Each category is defined below.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Products
(digital code, source code, UI kits, templates, ready-made apps, website kits)
Because digital products are instantly downloadable, all sales are final.
We only provide a refund if:
- ✔ The product was not delivered
- ✔ The downloaded file is corrupted / incomplete
- ✔ A duplicate payment was made
- ✔ A technical issue on our side prevented access to the product
We do not provide refunds for:
- “I changed my mind”
- “I expected different features”
- “I thought the product included customization”
- “I don’t know how to use this code”
- Compatibility issues due to your hosting/server/device
- Attempting to resell or misuse the product
- Purchase made by mistake (if product is already downloaded)
3. Refund Policy for IT Services
(custom web/app/software development, branding, automation, integrations, etc.)
Once work has started on a service:
❌ Refunds are NOT allowed.
This is because our team invests time, effort, and resources immediately after project initiation.
You may be eligible for a partial refund only if:
- Work has not started yet
- Project intake details (requirements, assets, content) have not been provided
- No developer/designer has been assigned to your project
Once work begins, payments are non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy for Productized Service Packages
(Launch, Growth, Scale & other fixed-scope service packages)
Refunds are not available after the package has been purchased and onboarding has begun.
You may request a cancellation + partial refund only if:
- Work has not started
- No team resources have been allocated
- No design, setup, or planning has been initiated
If any work has commenced, the payment is non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy for SaaS Subscriptions
(monthly or annual subscriptions for YOURDWORLD products/SaaS tools)
- All subscription payments are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
- No partial or prorated refunds are provided.
You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription before renewal.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel:
(a) IT Service Projects
You may request cancellation before the project begins. After work starts, cancellation is allowed but no refund will be processed.
(b) SaaS Subscriptions
You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future auto-renewals but does not generate refunds.
(c) Digital Product Purchases
Digital products cannot be canceled after they are delivered or downloaded.
7. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved:
- Refund is processed within 5–10 business days
- Payment will be returned to the same method used during purchase
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway
8. Duplicate or Failed Payments
We provide a full refund for:
- Duplicate payments
- Accidental double charges
- Failed transactions where the amount was deducted but order did not complete
You must provide the transaction ID or payment proof to verify the claim.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, you must contact us at info@yourdworld.com.
Unnecessary chargebacks for valid purchases may result in:
- Account suspension
- License revocation
- Legal claim for misuse or fraud
We always resolve issues amicably—please contact us first.
10. Project Delivery Issues
If we fail to deliver a service due to an unexpected internal issue, you may be eligible for:
- A partial refund
- A full refund (only if no work has started)
- A replacement service of equal value
YOURDWORLD is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Client not providing required details/content
- Third-party tools (APIs, hosting, etc.)
- External or unavoidable circumstances
